IEC 60332-3-23:2009条件:
空调在温度（20±10）°C至少16小时之前测试。
IEC 60332-3-23:2009样品要求：
每根长度不少于3.5m，所需根数按照下式计算。总样品数量=n×3.5(m) 。
n=1000V/(S－Sm); n为试件根数; S为电缆截面积，mm2; Sm为导体截面积，mm2; A类V取7.0; B类V取3.5; C类V取1.5; D类V取0.5 (请按上式计算)
测试周期: 标准(10个工作天), 加快(8 个工作天).
